3 ways to feel good af this week

I’m here to offer you 3 quick ways to feel good af for the rest of the week.

1. Claim it!

Decide right now how you want to feel this week. If you need to use my Method of Alignment you can download it for free here. I highly recommend this if you're feeling overwhelmed.

By declaring how you want to feel, you set things into motion to support not only how you want to feel but your goals. When you want to schedule something, ask yourself if it aligns with how you want to feel. Before you give yourself a hard time for not getting something done, use that feeling as your touch point. Keep coming back to the feeling you desire.

2. Stick to your non-negotiables

The handful of things that make you feel amazing, grounded, awake, rested... keep doing them even when you travel, especially when you have house guests and regardless of how much you have to do.

I am really good at blowing myself off when I have “too much to do.” In order to not do that I have created my daily three (hello Back to Me Challenge) and with that I know I can fill my tiny but mighty cup in less than 10 minutes throughout my day.

I have a few go-to’s that take me roughly 7-minutes. My morning check-in takes 30-90 seconds, my visualization takes 3 to 4 minutes and my nightly breathing while doing skincare takes about 3-minutes. So even when I am busy these things all happen.

I know for sure that if you start or end each day pouring into yourself, you will be happier.

3. Let that sh*t go

Someone has to say it and I say it with love. You can't be all the things. You don't have to make everyone happy. The fact that your sister is going through a relationship drama and keeps dating a-holes is on her, it’s not on you. So just let things roll off your back this week.

Happiness is a choice. In fact, everything you are feeling is a choice. You get to choose how you feel and who/what you give power and energy too. Choose wisely my friends.

The truth is, just because it is crunch time at work and holiday season does not mean that you can't feel abundant, happy and present. (When all else fails, listen to Christmas music.)

You deserve to feel your best.

I am grateful for you.
